As a 1000-hour yoga teacher, singer/musician, & outdoor guide, I am not limited to only these offerings. I have a very diverse skill set. (Please note: For the Kirtan I would need a higher minimum in order for me to hire at least 3-4 other musicians for a full band and bring in a sound system)

Metta Meditation - Loving Kindness Meditation

Mantra Japa Meditation
